Mindy is able to accept Aetna, Aultcare, Anthem, BlueCross and BlueShield, Cigna, Medical Mutual, and United Healthcare insurance. Self-pay prices are $200 for intake and $150 per regular session unless otherwise discussed. HSA/ FSA, Cash, Check, American Express, Mastercard, and Visa are all acceptable forms of payment.

QUESTIONS?

In compliance with the No Surprises Act of 2022,  this is an estimate of what you would be financially responsible for.  If you had two sessions a month, at $150/session without use of insurance, you would be responsible for $3600 for the year.  For more information about the No Surprises Act of 2022, please visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.

Out-of-Network (OON)

If you do not see your insurance listed, do not fear. Did you know that many insurance companies may reimburse you up to 70% for Out-of-Network (OON) providers?

Please contact the number on your insurance card for questions about your benefits.

If you would like to use OON benefits, you will be responsible for the cost of sessions up-front, but will be provided with a SuperBill (receipt of services) to submit for reimbursement.
